Important information for your stay
Arrival:
Arrival by car:
A1 “Westautobahn”(motorway) from Vienna: exit Attersee East (Schörfling) or Attersee North (Seewalchen)
A1 “Westautobahn” (motorway) from Salzburg: exit Attersee North (Seewalchen)
From Nuremberg / Passau: German motorway A3 – motorway A8- Ried-Vöcklabruck - Attersee
Arrival by train:
Western Railway and connection in Vöcklabruck and Attnang-Puchheim – bus connection to the lake Attersee
Western Railway and connection in Salzburg – bus connection to the lake Attersee.

Arrival by plane:
Airport in Salzburg or Linz. Connection with bus/train or a taxi to the lake Attersee.

Check in & Check out:
The rooms are available around 02:00 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room not later than 11:00 a.m.
​

Parking:
There are many parking spaces directly in front of our pension. There is some extra space for bigger vehicles / trailers.
​
Elevator:
The rooms are in the first or second floor. We have to inform you that we don’t have an elevator in our house. This has to do with the history of the building which we would like to preserve. Of course we will help you with your luggage.

Breakfast:
From 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Children:
Children until the age of 2 are free in our pension. You find further information in this context in our latest price list >more information

Coupons:
You would like to give somebody a treat with coupons of our pension Knoll? Contact us and we will send you the suitable coupons.
​
Smoking:
The entire house is a non-smoking area. All the rooms as well as the public-areas are non-smoking rooms. Thank you for your understanding.
There is one possibility for smoking – in front of the house respectively on the terrace.

Pets:
It is not allowed to take pets with you.
​

Internet / Wifi
All the rooms of the pension Knoll as well as the public-area have Wifi.
​

Cancellation conditions
Our general cancellation conditions apply to the Austrian hotel conditions.

Payment options
On your day of departure you can pay your hotel bill in cash or with your EC-card at the reception. We also accept current credit cards.
